AerosailTM are Australian based designers and fabricators of shade and tension membrane structures. Head Office is in Darwin in the Northern Territory of Australia. Our business has been operating since 1986 and is one of the pioneers who have taken shade cloth and PVC membranes from their industrial background to create functional and aesthetically pleasing shade structures. Every year we build between 500 and 1,000 structures that range in size from 15sq metres up to 2,500sqmetres.

In the Northern Territory of Australia major towns are 350 to 600 kilometres apart and a consequence of this is that we have gained many years of experience at building structures in remote locations. If you are in the middle of the desert, the South Pacific or major capital city, where ever you are we can build it.
Our designs, fabrication techniques and the materials we recommend have been proven in the harsh temperatures and strong winds of the Northern Territory, and are well suited to any environment.

Our designs and the quality of manufacture have been recognised Nationally and Internationally with over 10 Awards of Excellence.

AerosailTM manufactures all of its sails and membranes using the latest CAD/CAM technology for pinpoint accuracy and exceptional control over the quality of the finished product.

Our factory is 800 sq metres and the computer driven plotter table in the factory photo shown at the right is one of the largest of its kind in the world.

AerosailTM Shade Structures are members in good standing of the Australian Canvas & Synthetic Products Association and subscribe to the Associations Code of Ethics.

We are also members of the Territory Construction Association and the Northern Territory Chamber of Industry and Commerce. We are also accredited by the Contractor Accreditation Limited to construct shade and waterproof structures for the Northern Territory Government in the category $200,000+.
